Previously SVP of Merchant Success, Bravo will now lead key strategic, long-range cross-functional projects in pursuit of our company vision.

COLUMBUS, OHIO, Nov. 9, 2022 – Loop, the leading returns platform that serves over 1,800 Shopify brands, announced the promotion of Hannah Bravo to chief operating officer (COO). She previously served as Loop’s SVP of merchant success. As COO, Hannah will work across departments to ensure all aspects of Loop’s operations run smoothly.

Since joining Loop in 2020, Hannah has developed strong relationships with Loop’s many ecommerce clients and guided them through the process of implementing modern, customer-conscious returns processes. She has 10+ years of experience leading customer success teams, with an extensive background focused on serving retail clients with physical and digital presences alike.

“I’m thrilled to be stepping into the COO position and to continue the pursuit of Loop’s vision to empower the world’s most-loved brands to deliver their ideal post-purchase experiences,” said Bravo. “I continue to be inspired by the team we’ve assembled, the tough problems we tackle on behalf of merchants, and the brands with which we’re fortunate enough to partner.”

This promotion highlights Loop’s commitment to diversity and inclusion within its workplace. According to McKinsey & Company, companies with greater gender diversity are 25% more likely to outperform their less diverse competitors. With Bravo’s promotion to chief operating officer, Loop’s executive leadership team now consists of a 50/50 gender split.

“I consider it an immense privilege to be able to promote and work alongside Hannah at Loop! She’s a leader in every sense of the word, embodies all of Loop’s values, and makes Loop a better place every day for all of us,” said Jonathan Poma, CEO of Loop. “Hannah’s dedication to providing transparency, trust, and advocacy to our customers and their needs has helped foster long-lasting merchant relationships.”

Recently, Loop released findings from its ‘Consumer Report: How Returns Impact Customer Retention,’ which outlines how brands can improve their customer retention through streamlined returns processes ahead of the 2022 holiday shopping season. You can view the findings here.
