Loop welcomes Returnly’s merchants

We’ve entered into a strategic partnership with Affirm to become the preferred returns provider for Returnly’s 1,500+ merchants.

Today marks a big day for Loop and an even bigger day for the return management ecosystem.

We’re proud to announce that we’ve entered into a strategic partnership with Affirm to become the preferred returns provider for Returnly’s 1,500+ merchants.

This partnership brings together two industry leaders aiming to make returns better for businesses and their customers alike. More than 2,200 merchants have relied on Loop to create deeper connections with their customers, reduce refunds, and deliver meaningful cost savings. Our merchants trust our technology and team to deliver their ideal post-purchase experience and know that we will continue to solve big problems with smart solutions.

Affirm is also divesting the Returnly business. At Loop, we are ready and excited to transition Returnly’s merchants to Loop smoothly, prior to the Returnly platform being sunset early October.

To Returnly’s merchants: We will go above and beyond to ensure you are up and running quickly so you can get back to doing what you do best—delighting your shoppers with products they love.

You will be joining the dominant returns solution in the Shopify ecosystem and the thousands of brands, including Princess Polly, Allbirds, and Tecovas, that trust Loop to manage their returns.
