Honeylove sells innovative shapewear and other apparel for women, and they’re centered on delivering a great customer experience from end to end. But when it comes to returns and exchanges, their previous returns solution wasn’t delivering the seamless experience they were hoping for.

“We hit a natural ceiling with that, and were ready to level up to the best in class,” says Trevor Humphrey, VP of Customer Experience at Honeylove. “We were really attracted to Loop because we can build sophisticated workflows for different customer types.”

Humphrey was also won over by Loop’s Shop Now and bonus credit features, which help the brand retain revenue from returns and even unlock new revenue opportunities. With Shop Now, says Humphrey, “we can have a customer take their exchange credit and shop the entire store. We’re capturing this upsell revenue that just didn’t exist.”

Loop’s automation features have empowered Honeylove to streamline their customer support operations too: If a customer wants to set up a return, “they don’t even have to punch in their order number or log in,” says Humphrey. “They’re already on step three of the process, and my agents never even touched the case.”

Humphrey knows that Loop is invested in the brand’s success, paving the way for a winning partnership for Honeylove. “Even though they’re the best-in-class solution, I love that they have the hunger to grow and become better and better—because we do, too.”
