Johnnie-O, a lifestyle apparel company, made the move to Loop after their previous solution, Returnly, shut down. “We had to make a rapid move to a new platform,” says Kelsey Finn, Director of E-commerce.
But as daunting as the transition seemed, Loop immediately eased her worries: “After the initial call with Loop, it just made sense that this was going to work perfectly for us,” she says. “The platform itself, all the data and reporting, is so seamless.”
The brand soon discovered that Loop provided a premium experience compared to their prior solution: While their accounting team had previously needed to do a lot of manual data entry with Returnly, all of that is now automated through Loop. “That was a huge surprise and delight with Loop,” says Finn.
As Johnnie-O grows, Loop is there to support them at every step of the way. The brand launched a women’s product line this year, and “Loop was able to guide us through what is standard and typical [in women’s returns], and how we should prepare for that,” says Finn.
