That being said, brands can leverage Offset through one of two different payment models: * Offset Free: Need to cut costs while still delivering premium return experiences? Free up cash flow by having Loop collect the Offset & handling fees, and merchants pay no software or US return shipping fees * Offset Flex: Looking to grow profits sustainably? Fully recoup your investment in Loop software & return shipping by collecting Offset & handling fees
Customers that don’t purchase Offset can still submit returns through Loop. However, they will be subject to a handling fee since they did not purchase Offset for free returns.
We offer two Offset models, Offset Free and Offset Flex. Offset Flex can be used worldwide! Offset Free, which includes Loop covering return shipping costs, is only available for merchants with significant US domestic return volume at this time.
With Offset Flex, you have full control over configuring how handling fees apply to your shoppers.
